Clients are checked in on six days per week to provide encouragement, review technique videos, and ensure accountability with training adherence.
You’ll gain access to our private Facebook group of men where we share Scripture readings, group tips, longer-form videos, group challenges, and encouragement. It’s always better to know other men are working toward the same goals you are.
A weekly Scripture reading is sent out to reinforce that week’s message and provide a biblical foundation for why we train.
